Lead (Sr Manager) - Insurance -(Buy Now Pay Later) for a FinTech/NBFC dealing in instant loans/ advances/digital financing in India. BNPL Insurance. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing Insurance(GI, LI) partnerships for the organisation, Reporting to VP. The position will have a team of 5+ members reporting to it. Must have experience of working for any Insurance Web/Online Aggregator, delivering business partnerships and manage the existing businesses with General Insurance & Life Insurance companies in India Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 28-30 LPA Key Deliverables: - To strategize, identify key target segments, connect with Senior Leadership of the Target Partnerships to drive business. - To deliver new business partnerships and manage the existing businesses of insurance business solutions. - To drive Fibe's product offerings to the Insurance Partners - General Insurance & Life Insurance. - Stakeholder Management - Internal & External to drive the business and partnerships. - To leverage external networks to grow Fibe's partnership with insurance companies, corporate agencies and channel partners. - To manage a team of high performing Business Development & key accounts managers to ensure expected business deliverables. Qualification & Experience Required: - Postgraduate with 7+ years of experience in consulting/working within the insurance industry. - Industry know-how - Should have led the Business Development & accounts management team. - Should have demonstrated experience in Life and Non-Life insurance, with already established trusted client relationships within the industry. - Should have driven senior client relationships from scratch. - Pipeline development - build and oversee pipeline of opportunities for MPH/CA tie up. - Should have full understanding and practical experience of all stages of the opportunity and sales cycle for high - end major accounts - Proven Leadership Experience in managing the team and living by the Organisation Values.
