Senior Manager - Instructional Design

CAREFULLY GO THROUGH THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW -

- Conceptualize, Design, and Develop effective training material.

- Content Creation.

- Developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs, (Behavioral, Leadership & Managerial)

- Team Management

- Deep knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.

- Knowledge of LMS, Learning tools, and Virtual collaboration tools essential.

- MBA/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organization Development OR equivalent.

NOTE - It's a 11 AM- 8 PM job - Must be open to travel/work on some weekends and in shifts; open to travel and stay for work purposes; willing to deliver training sessions across all levels.
