Job Description:
Position Purpose: Responsible and accountable for Sales and Business Development strategies. Develop relationships and manage the existing ones with Institutions for investments in various products.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Self-Driven person who wants to do well in the Industry.
- Has good Knowledge about products Debt & Equity.
- Networking across Institutional clients Hierarchy wise.
- Understands operations and business model of Institutions.
- Deliver high standards of service and maintain high levels of operational integrity
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.
- Demonstrates teamwork and takes active interest in the team discussions.
- Ensure Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the company.
- Maintains good relations across Department of Fund Management, Products and
- Operations for devising ways to provide value added services to the Clients
- Brings new and innovative Ideas to the table.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:
- A Senior relationship manager with a minimum experience of 5 years in Institutional sales.
- Well versed with current affairs - Debt & Equity Markets
- Develops oneself: Proactively seeks feedback, reflects on it and on one's experiences to identify developmental gaps, upgrades self continuously, and seeks developmental opportunities.
