In capacity of a senior individual contributor, the principal responsibilities will be as follows:
- Identify and maximize institutional sales in the assigned location.
- Penetrate the institutional sales market by identifying and acquiring new institutional clients
- Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and Asset targets defined each year
- Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and / or Chairman/ MD/CEOs
- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing with a range of mutual fund (investment) products
- Servicing current institutional distributors in order to advance sales and mitigate redemptions.
- Identify potential new sustainable distributors and accredit them to our firm.
- Strengthen working relationships with current Institutional distributors to entrench the FT brand and advance sales. The engagement with distributors should include:
- Providing updated marketing material
- Regular client meetings based on the client segmentation model.
- Training of sales and operational teams.
- Providing high level fund performance report backs to Trustees and Fund Managers.
- Preparing and implementing annual sales strategies for relevant regions.
