Our Client, part of a leading industrial conglomerate group in India,is one of the nation's largest manufacturing company with an estimated revenue of $24.1 million.
As the Sr. Manager - Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel.
What you will do:
- Responsible for setting and achieving business unit sales volume, price, margin and strategic goals, with a focus on promoting profitable growth, long-term retention and satisfaction of the business units customer base
- Aligning sales strategy and execution with the Strategic and Corporate Account Managers, distribution channels, and the geographically focused sales teams
- Meeting end users like Dell, Dabur, Godrej, Cipla etc for their packaging requirements and to demonstrate the company's commitment to its customers
- Arranging samples and trial testing
- Coordinating regularly with zonal sales team, dispatch team, production team and printers
- Developing and managing a partner strategy to increase market share
- Understanding customer needs and offering optimum solutions
- Identifying customer technical / commercial challenges and engaging appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution
- Coordinating with local geographical domain resources to provide appropriate technical expertise
- Driving growth through initiatives in marketing, new product development, cost reductions and internal controls
- Liaising with Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure brand consistency
- Networking across the organization to effectively and efficiently resolve high-level problems
- Bringing a global perspective to the group, seeking to leverage sales to other geographies
Candidate Profile :
What you need to know/have :
- Demonstrable experience of at least 3+ years in B2B Sales
- Male Candidates preferred
- Currently an IC Role but has scope for handling a team in future(after 5-6 months)
- Should have knowledge of board packaging process
- Prior experience in coordinating with product, production & planning teams
- Should be comfortable with concept selling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people not under direct control in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible for extensive travelling Pan - India(10 - 15 days in a month)
- Flexible for working 6 days in a week
Location : South Delhi (Jasola Vihar) or Mumbai
