Company: Agricultural Drone Manufacturing Company. Drone is flying machine which is used in agriculture for spraying pesticides, fertilisers and survey using different sensors.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Work independently in INSTITUTIONAL SALES section, achieve growth and hit sales target.

2. Increase number of corporate customers like Agri Chemical manufacturers, Agri Machinery manufacturers, Agri Demand generators.

3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures regular sales.

4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

5. Develop customer database and keep it managed in CRM.

6. Give weekly MIS and report Actual achieved numbers against KPIs

7. Help Marketing team in pitching right content to right customers.

QUALIFICATION:

1. MBA in Sales from reputed Institute.

2. Should have proven sales track record in Agriculture industry.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer convincing skills.

4. Computer literacy and good organizational skills.

5. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
