Senior Manager - Institutional Pricing & Promotion
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Institutional Team to monitor and analyze competitive activities in the market and assess the competitive landscape and establish a structured approach for scheme discussions with different zones. Build consensus on scheme understanding, considering variations by geography, product lines, and SKU focus and Study inputs from Finance and Commercial teams, sharing comprehensive insights on scheme budgets, incentives, and product costings.
- Create Delegation of Authority (DOA) for the Institutional product range.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop monthly schemes based on competitive scenarios, Institutional Team inputs, SNOP targets, and budgeted expenditures and Propose pricing and promotion changes, along with DOA recommendations, to top management. Lead discussions on all Institutional and OPC products.
- Coordinate with the execution team to configure approved pricing and promotion strategies within the system and ensure effective communication of all changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent skills in working with cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
- CA/ MBA or advanced degree preferred, experience in pricing and promotion strategy, specifically within the Institutional and OPC product segments.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and good understanding for business processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
