We are hiring for our client- a leading company in study abroad domain.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage Assistant Managers & Relationship Officers/Managers/Executives

- Drive documents collection required for study abroad applications

- Own P&L for your funnel

- Drive IELTS test booking required for study abroad applications

- Manage Calling requirements of the counselling department

- Ability to handle CRM & Analyse business metrics

- Drive documents collection required for Visa Filing

- Clear Pending Documents at various business stages

- Manage Student Appointment Bookings

- Train the team & get results as per business cycle

- Managing their performance on a timely basis and delivering results

- Build, run and improve business workflows and processes

Pre-Requisites:

- Have at least 5-8 years of experience in overseas industry

- The candidate should be from the Counselling Industry (Mandatory)

- Have team handling experience of 5-8 years
