Senior Manager - Inside Sales| US Based MNC| Software Product Company
Roles and Responsibility :
- Identify, generate, propose, nurture and close sales opportunities across India
- Build & manage a solid Inside Sales Team that exceeds sales goals
- Set and track sales targets for the team improvements Suggest and implement in the sales administration process
- Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Research and discover methods to increase client engagement
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience of 12+ years.
- Proven experience in successfully managing people to achieve performance goals within an inbound and outbound office-based sales team
- Polished professionalism with outstanding organizational, planning, communication, and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills for online presentations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quotas and KPIs
- Extensive and proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise applications, with a proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectations
- Prior inside sales experience a plus with a strong desire to be in technology sales
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members and channel partners
- Strong metrics and analytical orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by sales career progression framework
- Fluency in English
- Background in Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Construction.
