JOB ROLE:
- Design, define and drive sales strategies for respective geography in conjunction with Product Head.
- Overall responsibility defining account priorities for products, driving successful demos, pipeline ownership revenue realization and increasing user base (accounts and user count) for the products. Identification and qualification of prospects, RFI/RFP & account management form a part of integral job responsibilities.
- Identifying industries, target audience, and generate leads.
- Comprehend/map customer needs and respond to customer queries/concerns pertaining to products.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on leads and prospects.
- Represent company and the product in agreed upon forums or conferences as desired.
- Ensure salesforce.com compliance.
- Work with Product head to draft GTM solution, pilot and implement the same
- Conform and drive organization practices.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Candidate should have 10 + years experience in Product Sales in International market.
- Strong experience in SAAS based product selling with an ability to independently drive end to end funnel (identification to closure)
- Excellent Communication, Client Engagement, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
- Understands the target market thoroughly with well-defined buyers of services / solutions community.
- Exposure and worked with large setups.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint 2007 ++
- Be a self-starter and proactively identify and drive initiatives and opportunities for adding value to customer service.
- Sales aggression and drive closures.
- Be a good team player and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and with clients.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and extreme pressure.
- Demonstrated good written/spoken communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities are a must.
