Experience & Qualifications :
Degree : BE/B. Tech or MBA; Sector specific education is an add on
Experience :
- 8 to 10 years
- Deep understanding, working knowledge across Digital Technology across any domain , Digital Identity & Onboarding (CKYC, eKYC, vKYC) etc. , eSign, Data Services & Digital Lending (Including Account Aggregator framework)
Role Contour :
- Help in Incubating new products & P&L in areas around digital infrastructure & digital products leveraging open source stacks.
- Key responsibilities would be around identifying new opportunities, defining new business models, incubating a product MVP, getting initial product-market fit, developing a product roadmap, driving product development, devising pricing & roll-out strategy and tracking product success metrics.
- Having a focus on creating new sustainable business models and sources of revenue for the firm.
Accountabilities :
- Driving sales and enhancing customer experience by adding or changes of product specifications.
- Responsible for incubation of New Products from 0 to 1
- Manage product development & Management process, budget, timelines, quality and risks; define, track and publish associated metrics.
- Review of the product performance against defined financial, operational & strategic goals, re-alignment of the initiatives & programs as required and carry deep understanding of the sector to build sustainable business models for the envisaged products within the sector
- Own the financial performance, market uptake & customer success of the product
- Define key business objectives (financial & operational) and devise short & long- term strategies for realization of set objectives
- Study the market to review competitive offerings, customer preferences & usage to define the market potential & build a product offering, and lead pricing decisions
- Be a thought leader in seeding new market opportunities and play a key role in influencing key stakeholders and creating white-papers / concept notes
- Prepare product sales forecast and strategy; decide pricing and feature offering, marketing strategies and positioning to increase overall revenue
- Continuously monitor market sentiment, customer feedback & competitive landscape to work with product development teams to provide inputs on features, enhancements to keep the product ahead of the curve and Own product budget & corresponding expenses related to market research, product development, marketing, roll-out, maintenance & enhancements
- Build and maintain relationships with key government authorities & leadership at network partners to ensure business growth and take strategic decisions build / buy / partner / invest to ensure good time-to-market is achieved while protecting IPR of the product
- Achievement of organizational revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, market share and other business metrics
