Job Description - A highly visible strategic leadership role within the IT Infrastructure & Operations (Core Technology Services) organization. The primary scope of the role will be strategic leadership and execution of Data Center, Networking, Access & Identity Management, and Storage/Backup programs that support a global cloud transformation strategy.

Description :
- Responsible for establishing global DC strategy (management, uptime, risk mitigation and resources & consolidation strategy)
- Develop global Tech Debt management strategy that compliments a cloud transformation
- Lead execution of critical programs to reduce cost and enable emerging technologies
- Lead global deployment of SD-WAN network capabilities
- Establish cloud-based storage and back-up strategies that support disaster recovery needs of the organization
- Responsible for staffing and developing Product Teams comprised of scrum masters, analysts, and engineers/developers. Devotes a significant portion of time to managerial, leadership and employee development responsibilities
- Develop and manage to budgets, schedules, and performance standards, tracking accountability of team to objectives
- Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiatives
- Responsible for providing regular updates to IT executives regarding the strategic vision and execution status
- Key contributor in the creation and execution of the strategic objectives and tactical roadmaps focused on transforming CTS to further enable our business partners
- Advocate and promote agile methodologies to rapidly deliver results
- Identifies innovative uses of technology to provide a competitive advantage
- Works under minimal supervision. Independently determine and develop approaches to deliver results
- Responsible for quarterly business review with Key strategic vendors
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed service-level expectations for quality, timeliness, performance, and budget
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading IT teams and partnering with stakeholders
- Ability to work on a Global team in-person and in a collaborative virtual setting; self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable
- Proven experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with IT Partners, Stakeholders and Vendors
- Solid understanding of infrastructure related technologies preferred
- Demonstrated strong financial acumen and experience managing program financials, operational budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations
- Demonstrated experience in IT contract management, MSA's, Software / Subscription Agreements, Professional Services)
- Flexibility in working hours and travel as required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver IT strategies
- Experience with organization transformation
- Experience mentoring and growing future leaders
