Sample responsibilities for this position include:

- Ensure performance standards and success metrics are included in the Business Case (PAR), and that benefits tracking mechanisms are captured in the project design

- Build and develop a network of contacts internally and externally and leverage relationships to generate business

- Lead the development & implementation of auto insurance product strategies & plans to achieve increased penetration, profitable growth & service excellence

- Expertly communicate the product strategy and client value proposition to diverse audiences through effective storytelling to gain broad organizational commitment

- Provide thought leadership and guidance on the future of auto insurance addressing complex external factors such as technological change, political and regulatory dynamics and changes in consumer lifestyle patterns

- Provide input & direction to strategic initiative & IT strategy, planning & prioritization

- Contribute to the development of marketing & distribution strategies to optimize distribution economics

- Work with project sponsor to effectively transition projects from Preliminary Assessment to development phase, ensuring all project objectives are clearly understood

- Utilize project management tools and methodologies (i.e., Project Management Framework, status reports, issues tracking log, project plan, ) to achieve timely and effective delivery of projects

- Ensure strategic alignment with, and delivery against, the Client First vision throughout the project
