Our Client is a leading name in Auto components with plants across India.This position is based in Chennai and person hired would be taking care of Retail business for them across South India.

Designation : Sr. Manager - Industrial Retailing

Reporting : Regional Head Sales - Industry

With Focus on Retail this is an important position. As Head of Retailing - South, incumbent will be responsible to bring a turn around in Retailing Business.

Education : Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Electrical Engineering graduate

Experience & Training : 12-18 years Industry Knowledge/ Excellent Communication Skills/ Relevant Experience With Target Customer in Industry.

Tasks (Description of main tasks) :

- Responsible for Retail Business Development and execution of Strategies in the region of South to win Major Share of Market for our client.

- Analysis of Competition Portfolio and Channel to identify areas of weakness and define strategy and execute to increase share of market.

- Responsible for Achieving the Sales Target for the region, Cascading down to same to Territory Managers and MSRs.

- Relationship Building with Distributors and Constant Improvement in Sales Strategies.

- Working closely with Marketing Department on Strategising Market Activity and Visibility Drive.

- Increasing the reach for Products in the assigned Region through Channel acquisition.

- Monthly Preparation of Report for Management.

- Leading, Motivating the team and assigning targets.

Only people from Auto components/two wheelers with experience in Retail will be considered .
