Job Accountabilities :
1. Ensure disciplinary action and progressive discipline against any type of misconduct.
2. Commencement and implementation of Effective long term settlement.
3. Continuous efforts and drive as per NS free plan, with and objective to make an NS Free Organization.
4. Management of discipline
5. Strengthen union management relations through bi-partite bodies
6. To liaise with the local authorities and administration officials.
7. Contract Labour reduction and optimization and ensure compliance
8. To cater to the requirement of managing the Human Resources in the site within the frame work of the values, policies, rules and regulations of Organisation
9. To create an optimum balance of harmony between the Management and NS.
10. To lend support in maintaining a good standard of discipline in the site.
11. To ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various labour laws as applicable to the factory.
12. To keep the management informed about all relevant events and provide information through regular MIS.
13. To play a supporting role in facilitating smooth functioning of the administrative machinery of the factory.
Equitable and pragmatic resolutions to disputes and major industrial issues are achieved by exercising sound judgement under broad direction, based on relevant experience, discipline knowledge and competence.

Qualification:

Experience Range:
