Looking for Sr Manager Indirect Procurement  

We are having an opportunity with a leading FMCG Organization:

 Designation: Sr Manager Indirect Procurement

 Location: Delhi / NCR

 Years of Experience: 10 to 15 Years

 Minimum Spend handled: 200 crores

- Individual Contributor Role

- Reporting to the Director

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing the Indirect Procurement (Capex, MRO, Admin, HR Related Etc)

- Formulating and implementing the procurement strategies by developing / modifying strategy for purchase and establishing methods to achieve project targets with implementation of compliances & policies.

- Planning, organizing and controlling all requisite activities to perform such as sourcing, techno - commercial evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, ordering, inspection, expediting & tracking, reporting, logistics and delivery, payment processing, etc.

- Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement, rates, timely delivery, credit terms, annual turnover etc.

- Managing operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operations.

- Expertise in managing multiple Green Field/Brown Field Projects entailing planning/prioritizing, risk/opportunity management, project cost review & control, project cash flow management & customer relationship management
