- Explanation of all Ind AS adjustments. Preparation of walks from stat accounts to Ind AS accounts for consolidation with listed holding company.

- Understanding of Ind AS. Accounting adjustments for Ind AS to be performed for reporting to IRDAI and for consolidation with listed holding company.

- Review of various balance sheet schedules. Aged items to be followed up for closure and necessary provisions made as per Company policy.

- Review and maintenance of controls through ICFR for Ind AS adjustments

- Design and implementation of accounting policy. Understanding of various transactions in a policy/ product and accordingly setup of the same in policy admin system, investment system, etc. Assess and implement changes in systems to ensure alignment with requirements of Ind AS output.

- Compliance with laws, MCA notifications, Companies Act, Accounting standards (Ind AS) are strictly followed and compliances maintained at all times.

- Engage with auditors for review and sign off on financial statements (review of accounts as per Ind AS for consolidation with listed holding company as per Schedule III of the Companies Act).
