Role : Senior Manager Hydrogen - India

- In order to drive revenue growth in India, UOP GP&H is adding a new business role, Sr Manager Hydrogen. This position reports to the global Sr Director Hydrogen Business. The role affords a unique and visible opportunity leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve market position of UOP's Hydrogen portfolio working in close coordination with the other businesses and functional leads.

- The Sr Manager Hydrogen will be responsible for the development and execution of the India STRAP and Annual Operating Plan. The Sr Manager Hydrogen will own the GP&H India P&L with a main focus on bookings and revenue at the early stage of growing the business. The Sr Manager Hydrogen will indirectly manage the capabilities required to sell and execute projects, including Sales, Sales Support, Engineering, and Procurement.

- The Sr Manager Hydrogen must develop and maintain an effective management operating system (MOS) which aligns with GP&H's for delivering growth, productivity and people development.

Responsibilities Include :

- Serve as business focal point for the product line for all UOP departments, setting priorities for functional support when needed

- Work closely with the GP&H India sales team and the regional Sales Director to build a strong opportunity pipeline that ratably converts to bookings.

- Work with Procurement on supplier relationships

- Develop, validate, and maintain superior value propositions for each product line

- Keep Sales and regional staff updated on key competitive issues and product line offerings

- Establish and manage effective pricing guidelines for each product line and authorize pricing up to the role SEA limits

- Perform analysis of the product line, segment customers and align value propositions with each segment.

You Must Have :

- Bachelor's degree from a relevant technical or business discipline

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Refining, Petrochemicals or Gas Processing

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong understanding and experience with Isomerization Technologies

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a number of people in different departments and organizations while delivering results

Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs

- Demonstrated ability to develop and give presentations

- Demonstrated ability to collect, tabulate and present business results

- Ability to travel up to 15% both domestic and internationally
