Description - The role is a team handling role contributing to designing and executing the HVAC systems for a mega construction project envisioned in Delhi NCR.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading real estate organisation with an extensive footprint in India. They are looking for a Sr Manager HVAC to based in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the MEP Head, you will be responsible for:

- Heat Load design and supervision of commercial, residential, industrial, etc. projects execution.

- Co-ordination and discussion with Architect, Consultant and Clients.

- Should have a knowledge of value Engineering to save time and cost.

- Design and Review Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, piping insulation and Expansion Tank, valves, NRV, etc.

- Design and Review of Primary and Secondary Pumping Systems and ensuring a good quality control during execution.

- Coordination with Consultant and Contractor for Drawings and Resolving the Site Issues

Profile :

- Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).

- 7+ years of HVAC design and execution experience.

- Well Versed about AHU Design, AHU Room Design, FCU, and FATU Systems.

- Well Versed about Different kind of HVAC Design, Heating and Ventilation System.

- Experience working with Hotels\Hospitals\High Rise Buildings\Malls\PMC companies.
