Senior Manager HR ( Technology Vertical)

We are looking for a Sr. Manager HR
Responsible for TA and HRBP of the tech Team ( team HC of 400 people), with a equal spit of focus on both.
Job Description (Overview of the Role) :
RECRUIMENT :
- The role will be managing Recruitment for multiple locations across the country.
- The primary responsibility will be to drive adherence to all recruitment SLAs by creating a motivated & productive team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery.
- Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader.
- Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets .
- Ensure zero extension on Hiring TAT on any grounds.
HRBP :
- Manage employee relationships and improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Seek for high-potential talents, and provide them with a favorable development environment.
- Participate in projects and policy-landing in COE and HRBP. Tailor projects on the basis of business's need and ensure high-quality deliverables. Projects may include but are not limited to : - Performance Management, Campus Recruitment, HC and talent review, etc.
- Understand overseas HR group in depth, research industry-leading practices and talents, make organizational development plan according to long-term strategic goals, and drive it forward.
Required Skills :
- Education - Post Graduate / MBA
- 7 to 10 yr experience in Recruitment / HRBP roles preferably in a start up environment.
- Excellent spoken & written English language skills
- Understands clients- needs to deliver right solutions
- Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to identify & evaluate the right talent

- Role is based at Gurgaon
- The role will be responsible to manage a team of 4 TA people. Senior most of them is a Manager.
