Senior Manager HR
1. Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire business; multi-level hiring and people management
2. Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly
3. Motivate and energize your team to always be candidate-friendly
4. Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
5. Attend events and represent the company at HR-related events. Networking is a key skill for this role.
6. Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
7. Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the Directors
8. Ability to organize and run hiring drives at college campuses/corporate
9. Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
10. Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development.
11. Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives
12. Facilitate orientation to new hires and support local and global on boarding processes
13. Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for India and readying of talent who will deliver our future
14. Implement approach to performance management and enable local employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations
15. Provide advice and local context to the Talent Management COE regarding key programs including engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity and Well-being.
