Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The candidate will be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle from Recruitment to Employee Exit Processes which will include managing a team of 10-12 HR Team members, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and other core HR functions
2. The person will be responsible for leading the various projects under the Compensation and Benefits domain such as compensation bench-marking surveys, annual increment cycles, performance bonuses, sales incentives.
3. Good experience in developing and implementing innovative compensation programs to ensure attraction and retention of key talent and compliance with internal policy and local regulations.
4. Working experience in Developing the compensation budget and recommendations on salary, bonus and LTI for the business.
