Our client is a MNC based Mumbai and client is on expansion mode at the moment.

Position - Sr Manager HR

Role - PAN India based Mumbai HO. This role requires 10-15 days travel in a month.

It's a team handling role, reports into HR Head (Retail & Commercial)

Work Experience - 7 Yrs to 15 Yrs.

- Candidate Background - Candidates who have worked into QSR, Electronic Retail, Fashion & Apparel Retail, Jewelry Retail, Footwear Retail, Beauty & Cosmetic Retail Chains, Hypermarket & Supermarket Retail etc.

- Candidate who is handling rapid business expansion and solving HR issues is a right match for this role.

Job Profile :

- Business Partnering for the Retail Organization of Direct and Indirect employees, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR line and staff functions.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes for the Retail organization as Manpower

- Planning, Talent Acquisition, Induction & On boarding, Employee engagement, R&R, relation, - goal setting, succession planning, performance management & Capability Development etc.

- Discuss and plan with the Zonal Heads on manpower planning, recruitment and budget for regional teams for the fiscal in line with the guiding principles of hiring.

- Ensure hiring is aligned to the agreed 'Talent Mix' comprising of lateral hires and internal promotes.

- To implement revised processes of HR Operations delivery to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency.

- Managed other HR operations.

- Crystallize & define development plans enabling accelerated career path for the HIPOs in the region among Sales Force.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated careers for IPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

Business Partnering :

- Partner with Chief of Retail, National Retail Manager, Regional Retail Head's, and other Senior stakeholders of the Retail organization to craft and effectively execute targeted HR interventions, people practices and talent strategies within the business units with a high degree of focus on scale and growth.

- Build relationship and maintain connect with business managers to ensure proper stakeholder expectations.

- Evolve strategies in HR framework and policies which will support being more flexible and agile as an organization.
