Desired Skills and Experience:
Mandatory:
- Post-graduate/Masters degree in HR / Social Work
- 12 years of relevant experience, work in retail industry with large store format and more than 20-30 store (Fashion and Multinational/Diversified cultures) and strong experience in HRBP
- Age less than 38 yrs
- Field Experience as Talent Acquisition and HRBP experience handling across India is a must.

- Experience in front-line retail operations and the importance of a "store-first" corporate culture.
- Experience of working in an international company and/or shared services HR function is an added benefit.

- Computer literacy-HRIS/Payroll package, Advance MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Strong organizational skills- ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Accurate and efficient administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, ability to work well with people at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work in multi-teams with line Manager and a great team player
- Statutory, Labor compliance and liasoning experience is required
