Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager HR with a background in the real estate industry to join our team in Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate will possess holistic expertise in various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR policy formulation, Employee Engagement Activities, Learning and Development Initiatives, Compensation and Benefits Management, Organizational Structure Design, and Manpower Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
- HR Policy Formulation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, cultural events, and recognition programs, to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs. Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees receive relevant training to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Organizational Structure Design: Work closely with senior management to design and implement organizational structures that support business growth and efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of the organizational structure to identify areas for improvement.
- Manpower Planning: Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
- Anticipate future staffing needs and proactively address any gaps.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or related field preferred
- 7-15 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
