Key Responsibilities:

Attendance & Leave Management:

- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.

- Resolve attendance and leave-related discrepancies promptly.

- Collaborate with Regional Heads to plan duty rosters effectively.

Payroll Management:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

- Address any payroll-related grievances.

- Proficient in using Zing HR Payroll software.

HR Operations:

- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.

- Act as the custodian of HR policies and ensure their effective implementation.

- Conduct regular visits to cluster outlets to ensure compliance with HR practices.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage bulk hiring for operations and kitchen crew members in QSR outlets.

- Source candidates from various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media.

- Utilize recruitment dashboards effectively.

- Manage the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.

Employee Relations:

- Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.

- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws (PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages, Statutory Bonus, etc.

- Stay updated with changes in employment laws and ensure adherence.

- Understand and apply minimum wage and other statutory requirements.

Dashboard and MIS:

- Prepare HR-related dashboards and reports (monthly reports, attrition reports, recruitment dashboards, compliance dashboards, etc.

- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and HR database management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.

- In-depth knowledge of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software (Zing HR Payroll preferred).

- Strong understanding of local labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; additional certifications (e. , SHRM-CP) will be a plus
