Senior Manager - Human Resources - Process Excellence

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit based in Bangalore, is seeking a Senior Manager in Process Excellence within the HR domain to be based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Automate repetitive HR tasks using HRIS, RPA, or other digital tools.

- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

- Standardize workflows across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and offboarding.

- Automate repetitive HR tasks using HRIS, RPA, or other digital tools.

- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, time-to-hire, employee engagement) to identify improvement areas.

- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to track HR performance.

- Implement predictive analytics for workforce planning and talent management.

- Work closely with HR leaders, business partners, and IT teams to align process improvements with business goals.

- Manage communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth change implementation.

- Train HR teams on new processes and best practices.

- Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

- Identify risks in HR operations and develop mitigation strategies.

- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for regulatory compliance.

Skill set required:

- 13 + yrs of experience in the relevant field.

- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) - For process optimization.

- Expertise in HR analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), and automation software.

- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, change management, and communication skills.
