Key Responsibilities :
- Contract labor administration, including recruitment, monitoring, and invoice processing.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Developing and maintaining manpower plans and related management information systems.
- Overseeing recruitment processes.
- Managing the plant canteen.
- Handling human resources management information systems.
- Nurturing positive industrial relations.
- Facilitating small shopfloor group activities.
- Good communication in Hindi and English, Gujarati is desirable.
