With the growth in their Capability centre in India, they are looking to hire a seasoned HR professional with a strong experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and across various gamuts of HR having previously worked with reputed MNCs.

Responsible for the execution of the company's People & Organisation policies and programs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates
Profile :
- At least 8 years experience in HR post MBA from a Tier-1 institute is a must
- Prior experience working with reputed MNC set-ups in progressively increasing leaderships roles
- Prior experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition and other functions of HR
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
