Sr Manager - HR/HRBP for a very large and renowned industry leader with huge international presence. Seasoned HR professionals from top rated B- schools with 10 years of experience in core HR and deep exposure to benchmarked HR processes and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :1. Provide inputs on the HR strategy for the unit
2. Understanding how HRBP can support the business
3. Understanding how HRBP can support the business
4. Lead the team in delivering end to end HR for the division
5. Understanding the talent needs at Team Leader levels across the unit
6. Provide feedback on various HR strategies
7. Plan & Prioritize across HR needs
8. Partner with business and HR colleagues in executing HR strategies
9. Identifying critical HR metrics
10. Provide feedback on the HR implications of strategic options
11. Work with team on the strategy to develop the capability of the unit
