Salary Offered : 8 - 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Recruitment & On boarding to ensure on-time availability of manpower in accordance with the requirements at the region
- Implementation support for establishing organization structure & manpower plan
- Implement talent management processes at the regional level
- Lead implementation of performance management activities
- Manage total rewards and recognition system for the region
- Create a productive and engaging workplace by focusing on employee engagement and taking proactive steps towards the same
- Manage critical employee and HR management aspects such as exit, data, and grievance redressal, Maintaining clean data and processes at HRMS
- Implement Functional & Behavioral trainings & programs at regional level
- Ensure continued implementation of the organisation's culture and values through communication, events and mentoring
- Resolve conflict that gets escalated and set the climate for collaboration within the team
- Advising on implementing, reviewing and redesigning policies and systems

Qualification & Experience :
- Post graduate in Human Resources Management, or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience
