We have a job opportunity for Sr. Manager - HR role for one of our prestigious Client in Paradeep Location.
Qualification, Age & Experience:
- Post graduation in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Core HR functions of any industry preferable manufacturing.
- Age -Below 40 Years
- HR candidate from Manufacturing Industry would be given preference.
- The role Holder will report to General Manager - HR & Admin.
- Ability to Speak in Odia and English is mandatory.
Objectives : To Spearhead Core HR Function.
Major responsibilities: (Shall be responsible for 90% HR & 10% IR function)
Key Accountabilities
- Manage current and future opportunities through effective recruitment process in identifying best suitable candidates.
- Inducting new joinees & orienting them with Group policies & procedures.
- Design and deliver various Learning and Development programs to augment employee skills and capabilities to help the organization realize current & future business plans and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to the company's HR Policy & processes.
- Overseeing payroll Management and Salary Review Process
- Implement and drive Performance Management System across the entity as per guidelines shared from corporate.
- Implement & drive Human Resource Information System HCM Darwin Box and its regular updating.
- Timely submissions of statutory compliances and MIS.
- Planning, Budgeting and implementation of CSR and Community Outreach Programs.
- Initiate and drive employee engagement activities & rewards & recognition programs
- Ensure the Group processes and policies are followed and implemented across the entities
- Assisting the HR Head for day-to-day activities
- To handle any other assignments/special projects assigned from time to time
