Key responsibilities and desired skills are as follows :
- Developing, Strategizing and implementing HR systems/policies/procedures, aligned with long-term business plans of the company.
- Interfacing with management and HOD's for implementing HR systems in line with core organizational objectives.
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Lead all HR initiatives and processes spanning the entire employee life-cycle to increase employee engagement, involvement, retention and development
Statutory Compliance :
- Ensuring adherence to various labour regulations /statutes and executing corporate policies.
- Liasoning with consultants and ensuring that Annual, Half Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly return under various act like PF Return, ESIC Return, Professional Tax Returns are timely filed.
- Ensure timely submission of P.F, ESIC Challan.
- Renewal /amendment of License and maintaining compliances under Factory Act / Shop and Commercial Establishment Act/ Minimum wages Act.
- Handling the various inspections like PF Inspection, ESIC Inspection, and Inspection under Factory Act.
- Dealing/Liasoning with the Government official like P.F Inspector, ESIC Inspector, Labor Inspector etc.
- Forming of Anti Sexual Committee and meeting up the requirement as per the norms (Conducting meetings on Quarterly basis and filing up the report starting of the year ) .
Personnel & Industrial Relation Issues
- Handling the Grievances of Internal staff and Contractor Labour Workers and solve the grievances on priority basis..
- Adhering to the statutory compliances formulated by state Govt. :
Labour Contractor administration & Management
- Registration & Amendment under contract labour act.
- Negotiations with all contractors and verification the all statutory record before engaging the Contractor.
- Conducting the quarterly legal audit of Labour Contractors.
Compensation & Benefit management :
- Administers compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices.
- Coordinating with the heads of different departments in the formulation and implementation of increment, promotions, incentives& other remuneration policies.
- Implementation of Payroll & Wages administration systems
