Activities under the Job title
1 Talent Acquisition
i) Manpower planning as per business plan.
ii) To ensure all timely recruitment against the manpower budget and organogram.
iii) Act as the HR representative in interviews and assess the candidate from the HR perspective.
iv) Periodically present consolidated report on the recruitment process.
v) Suggest improvements in the recruitment process and give related inputs.
2 Joining formalities & Induction
i) Ensure completion of joining formalities in terms of process steps and documentation.
ii) Ensure Induction for the new recruits.
iii) Ensure preparation and issue of job descriptions to individual employees.
iv) Improvements / modifications to the induction process
3 Administration & Industrial Relations
i) Ensure efficiency in dealing with general administration requirements such as Reception, vehicle arrangements, domestic and international travel arrangements.
ii) Security control
iii) Foreign employee services.
iv) Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities
v) Compliance to all Acts pertaining to the factory.
vi) Good understanding of the Factory Act and other relevant acts.
4 Employee engagement, welfare and social responsibility i) Ensure employee engagement activities (social events, birth day celebrations etc.,)
ii) Suggest and monitor employee-welfare activities.
iii) Implement the social activities.
5 Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition i) Ensure the timeliness and completion of the documentation on the performance management process, in terms of departmental / individual KRAs, reviews and annual appraisals.
ii) Prepare for queries on the performance management system in the organization and help employees who seek clarifications on the same.
6 Training and Development i) Support department heads in Identifying the Training needs.
ii) Ensure implementation of the training plan.
7 Employee Life Cycle Management 1) Must support and drive the complete life cycle from joining to resignation
8 Organization Development 1) Drive all Kaizen related activities
2) Drive all Projects related to cost.
3) Conduct and drive Assessment Centres and Development Centres
4) Employee Engagement Survey
9 Comp and Ben 1) Conduct Compensation Surveys and prepare analysis and recommendations for the same.
Qualification : Full time MBA from a recognized institute.
Experience : Min 13 to 15 years of Work Experience, must have good exposure in Organization Development and Employee Engagement. Should have worked in a Manufacturing set up and as a part of the job rotation should have managed some corporate initiatives. Must be strong in Systems and Processes.
