Sr. Manager HR - 8 to 10 years in HR - MBA from Premium Institute
- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
- They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Own all activities across the employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, engagement and motivation, talent management, L&D, performance management, attendance, leave, payroll, and exit processes.
- Own and manage HR vendors for recruitment, employee BGV, engagement activities etc.
- Maintaining and improving appropriate policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures and ensuring adherence by all employees
- Coordinate all matters of employee grievances and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures as and when necessary.
- Assisting in any ad hoc work related to HR operations for smooth HR functioning.
Candidate requirement:
Education: MBA with Human Resources specialization or equivalent degree.
Experience: Minimum experience of 10+ years in HR domain.
Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
- Skill Set: Strong & effective communication, multi-tasking, working with sense of ownership with minimum supervision of the manager.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management
- Comfort with HRMS and HR Tech tools
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
- Previous experience across multiple organizations and start-ups
- Experience in handling recruitment across sales, product, customer-facing, and tech roles
