Strategic HR Support & Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to individually drive conversations related to workforce planning, hiring, retention, internal movements & PMS cycle with the stakeholder and leadership team.
- Works towards building a productivity-based culture, challenge the current status quo and work towards building objectivity in all critical conversations.
- Supports & provides solution to the stakeholders to ensure business continuity & excellence.
- Works closely with the business & ensure collaboration with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet future business needs.
- Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and enhance HR effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition:
- Partners in selection process of lateral hires and ensure right talent is onboarded on such critical roles.
- Support the intake of fresh young talent & support central TA initiatives
- Keep a check on the quality of hiring being done by the talent staffing team.
L&D and Talent Management Operations:
- Conducts/ Facilitates specific training interventions related to Communication, HR Process updates, HR policy refreshers, Soft Skills and Team Management etc.
- Partners with business on succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Works with the Corporate Talent Management team to identify Talent Pool and engage with them on a regular basis through various touch points.
- Driving the employee wellness agenda & ensure to partner in the initiatives.
Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention:
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and sensitive manner.
