As a HR Manager, You will be taking ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
What you need to do:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure labor laws and regulations compliance.
- Managing recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Overseeing employee on boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization.

- Administering employee benefits programs and managing employee relations issues.
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Managing employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating final payments.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Handling ESI and PF related issues
- Handling Employee/Workers grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
- Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers)
What you need to have :
- MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,
- Experience working in a start-up and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Candidates who can join at a short notice are highly preferred.
