Key Accountabilities:
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting for India and International Entities
- Implement and compliance of various HR policies and processes across all geographies.
- Partner with Functional Heads & Hiring Managers to drive Talent Acquisition within established guidelines.
- Create strong talent pipeline by talent mapping and industry benchmarking.
- Lead Employee Documentation Management, i.e. New Employee Documentation, BGVs, etc. for Employees in India and International Geographies.
- Execution of various EE initiatives as per EE Calendar.
- Lead Employee Connect Initiatives, i.e. 1:1 meetings, skip level interactions to proactively provide people inputs/solutions to leaders
- Drive Events, Offsite, Picnics, etc.
- Support and execute implementation of learning & development needs within the assigned business unit/team.
- Manage Monthly MIS and share with the Leadership Team.
- Assist in any additional / Ad hoc date requirement by the Management.
- Execution of Annual Appraisal Process.
- Work with HODs to create KRAs for New Joiners / Roles, and for all employees for next financial year post conclusion of Appraisals.
- Any other HR-related roles and responsibilities.
Eligibility criteria:
- Postgraduate/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing HR Ops. for a mid-size company (200-700 + employees) with International Entities/Branch Offices. 2 + years' experience in managing a team.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships / Stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Analytical + knowledge of HR system
