About the role :
- Accountable for implementing all TA strategies and processes at the business/Functional level to ensure continues identification and development of high potential talent.
- Acquiring talent having hand off experience on job portals. Also maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database/Pipeline of all candidates. Managing TAT.
- Interacting and coordinating with the Vendors for generating the required resources & giving the proper feedback of the candidates.
- Designing compensation structure and salary negotiation to selected candidates regarding compensation.
- Sending offer Letter to the selected candidates and ensure their joining within stipulated time
- Responsible for TA budgets, Process Compliance.
- Manage AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for annual manpower planning and cost.
- Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and personnel files.
- Managing External Third Party Vendor/Sourcing Partners
- Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking for comparison of different category of attributes. Attrition Analysis and institutionalizing career progression framework to retain and develop talent in-line with the business strategy.
- Ensuring a seamless execution of all HR Programs and process within the BU.
- Review and analyze employee related data to identify trends, retention, forecasting.
- Act as the first line of contact in Human resource for any employee issues.
- Partner with business in implementing strategic HR Plan
- Creating and managing quarterly training calendar across 4 categories (QMS/EMS, General, Quality & production, Technical Training) after running extensive TNA's
- Formulation of Training Calendar as per budget.
- Organizing training programme and Co-ordination with department heads for Nominations across India
- Analysis of Training Effectiveness
HR Operations :
- Redressing employee grievances.
- Preparing and issuing of probation confirmation letters, probation extension letters, transfer letters, experience letters and disciplinary letters.
- Coordination of industrial visits.
- Handling Departmental Development, Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS)
- Preparation of Monthly HR (Recruitment) MIS on monthly basis which is based on targets and to identify the performance level and the adherence of business plan.
