Senior Manager - Human Resources - FMCG

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Human Resources to lead and enhance our HR operations and organizational development. The role will involve driving HR strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. This position is ideal for a leader with a strong HR background who can foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for critical roles.

- Design and implement programs to foster employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

- Lead performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on career development plans.

- Create and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration to remain competitive in the market.

- Utilize data and metrics to drive informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of strategic impact.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
