- Contributing as a strategic partner with in Human Resource Domain

- Designing and Delivering upon Talent Management and Organization development activities

- Contributing & creating positive work culture by managing engagement activities & grievances remedial.

- Handling change management strategies and driving key projects on analytics and digital

- Executing and assessing employee connect activities and enhancing the employee experience

- Being responsible for managing the employee performance

- Being a Subject Matter Expert to all HR Business Analytics solutions

- Managing various HR reports like MIS, Attrition Analysis and Exit Interviews

Requirements:

- MBA specialised in Human Resources

- 6+ Years of experience in Business HR role

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and strategies implementations

- good communication and inter personal skills
