HR/Admin - Manufacturing Firm
Opportunity is for one of our manufacturing client in Indore he is looking out for Female Manager/ Senior Manager HR & Admin to enhance commitment and capabilities of people to help meet the short and long term goals of the Organization.
Accountabilities:
Identifying and filling manpower gaps.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing effective systems
- Constant monitoring of recruitment cost, average time taken for filling the vacancy.
- Identify HR issues for preparation of annual plan.
- Prepare HR annual plan for unit
- Ensure implementation.
- Co-ordinate DD process for officers and staff so as to implement the process as per plan at PFBID.
- Timely confirmations, Induction, HR initiatives, HRMS, IMS compliance, F&F, Monthly reports etc
- Ensure compliance related to applicable acts
- Designing and enabling implementing systems for communication like monthly magazine, Panchayat meeting
- Identification and implementation of training programs for people.
- Providing control measures to ensure strict adherence to the systems, policies, etc.
- Capturing people voices and ensuring timely resolution & communication to the concerned
- Monitoring of fixed cost
- Managing required admin facility qualitatively

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate in Management with HR specialization/ MBA(HR)/ MSW
Nature of experience Managing HR & Admin process experience in a plant environment. Statutory compliance knowledge is must.Duration of experience Minimum 10+ Years of Experience
