JOB DESCRIPTION-
(i) Responsible for the Recruitment & onboarding activities to ensure - closing vacant positions within TAT and budget, High quality of hires, Onboarding as per defined framework, Weekly Recruitment MIS.
(ii) Lead the Performance Management process for the assigned locations/ departments and ensure - Individual goal alignments with organization goals, support to employees for all PMS activities, Timely & effective completion of all PMS activities (Goal setting, Quarterly PMS ratings, Appraisals, Promotions and Compensation revision)
(iii) Lead Employee engagement and GPTW initiatives to ensure excellent employee experience and GPTW certification.
(iv) Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
(v) Support Learning & Organization Development (OD) initiatives - Policy creation & Implementation, High Potential development, Succession Planning, Skills & Competencies development, Implementation of talent management initiatives.
(vi) Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR Compliances and successfully represent HR department in the IATF audit, ISO audits, internal audits & customer audits.
(vii) Support HR digitalization initiatives - ensuring timely data accuracy and updating, timely issues resolution, inputs and thorough testing for new implementations.
(viii) Oversee HR operations for the assigned location(s). Ensure timely and accurate completion of Workforce Budgeting & Workforce Reports.
(ix) Maintain updated MIS for assigned areas and recommend initiatives based on the data analysis.
(x) Guide HR team members to achieve HR deliverables in an effective and efficient manner.
