Senior Manager - Human Resources

1. MBA from Top premier institute - Major in HR (Overseas education and exposure would be a big plus)

2. At least 8-12 years of experience in managing HR Operations, Employee Engagement, PMS and Rewards and recognition.

3. Excellent personality, confident, strong intellect and communications skills - written and verbal.

4. Influencing skills to deal effectively with senior colleagues in all parts of the organization

5. HRMS experience, preferably Zoho People

6. Out of Box thinker

7. Ability to operate independently.

8. Has the ability to multi-task and complete numerous tasks within deadlines. A proactive and "Can Do" attitude would be critical.

1. Overall HR Admin, other that recruiting and on-boarding. Key focus areas - HR Admin, HR Policy Admin, PMS management, L&D Management, Employee Engagement.

2. Major focus will be on executing and managing the HR function and bringing in innovation and change to the business.

3. Participate in HR transformation programs.

4. Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives.

5. Evolve strategies in HR framework and policies which will support an agile & flexible organization.
