Qualification : MBA - HR
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and management of HR technology solutions, such as performance management systems and employee self-service platforms.
- Identify and propose efficiency-building measures for existing gaps in the existing HR technology solutions like SAP, Successfactors, Ramco & other HRMS platforms.
- Recommend new HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency in HR deliverables.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR technology solutions, including vendor management, system integrations, and user training.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HR technology systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee the development and delivery of HR technology-related reports, analytics, and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR tech team to drive performance and ensure effective leadership.
- Design and build a high quality analytics solutions for HR that includes data mining, cleansing, integration, visualization and presentation.
