Reporting into the Head HR your roles & responsibilities will be as follows :
- Managing all end to end HR operations from hire to retire for an employee base of 800 people
- Assisting with Salary processing, leave & attendance management
- Working to automate payroll from a current manual process
- Ensuring all statutory compliance's, and audit issues are in accordance with the norms
- Liaising with business heads for manpower needs and working with the TA teams and external agencies for initial screening and creation on Job Description's
The Ideal Candidate :
- Comes with 8-12 years experience of working in Real Estate, Hospitality, E-Commerce or Manufacturing set ups
- Has a Masters in Human Resources and can manage the hire to retire cycle for a company
