About our Client : Our Client is one of the fastest growing online retail businesses in India. They have recently emerged as a dominant player in the online marketplace, having consolidated its position amongst the top Indian brands in the online space. Head quartered in Bangalore they are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager HR for their warehousing unit in Delhi/ NCR.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing the entire HR function across the warehousing unit in Delhi/ NCR.

- You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR process re engineering as well as assisting with the development of staff through offering sound generalist HR advice in line with business goals and needs.

- To succeed in this role, you will work closely and effectively with senior management and act as a true business partner to provide strategic counsel to key stakeholders in the business.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 7-12 years of total experience post MBA with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Full time MBA is a must have for this role.

- Exposure to managing industrial relations and engagement apart from end to end compliance issues and grievance handling in a manufacturing space is required for this role.
