Position: Sr. Manager - HR
Location: Chennai
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Collaborate with various unit / functional heads on a regular basis and close the open positions within the TAT.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Full-time MBA /PGDBM from Tier 1/2 Institutes mandatory.
- Experience of around 10 - 12 years
- Minimum of 5 years of Talent acquisition exposure in Banking or Financial Services industries.
- Experience in Project management of Recruitment tools, Competency frameworks, Applicant tracking systems and SAP / Any other Recruitment platform preferred.
- Experience/ Exposure to HR Analytics preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting.
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of Talent Attraction, Competency-based Assessments and Selection at all levels.
