Senior Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

- Minimum 10 yrs of total experience in HR

- Should have experience in handling HR for manufacturing units.

- Should have handled both strategic and operational HR for corporate and plant.

- Handled HR for both white and blue collared workers

- Should have hands-on experience in talent Acquisition.

- Should have experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Should have experience in building and implementing compensation and benefit plans.

- Should have experience in handling Performance mgmt.

- Should be able to identify and need for employee training.

- Should have experience in handling employee relations.

- Should have good experience in Labour Laws and regulations and company policies.

- Should be able to assist in handling employee related legal issues.
