Position Name : Senior Manager HRM Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities :
To Attract and hire best in class talent, groom them in order to feed the leadership pipeline & enhance the brand on campuses within processes, policies, and guidelines laid down by the Organization to sustain business success with home-grown manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Assist in designing the organizational level campus recruitment plan, strategies, processes and budgets for campus hiring, to ensure availability of desired talent to fill vacancies in the organization
2. Advice business and Business HR teams on skill sets and quality of talent that can be attracted and hired for sustaining business growth plans.
3.Liaise with PSD SPOCS to get manpower numbers for current financial year (unit wise, cadre wise and overall cadre numbers ).Carry out a midterm review ( if required)for changes if any to align to changing business requirement.
Primary Skills : : Psychometric testing skill, Competency assessment, Job evaluation techniques, Talent management, Induction programme
Secondary Skills : Consequence Management, Employees Reward system
Education : MBA/PGDM
Branches : HR/Industrial Relations
Experience in HRM in an organization of a similar scale, preferably manufacturing organization
Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. prefer
Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of HR processes.
- Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
- Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing
